The Grand Old South Conference

To the following states of the NCSA ,Confederacy of North
American States, Diddy land, State of Texas, CSA MK2, Gallifrean
TimeLords, Alabama Terr. Carolina Alliance, United Commonwealth
of Liberty and Amerikanisches Reich
West Phoenicia extends its hand out to you to take part in the
Grand Old South Conference. A time for us to form closer bonds
and work on mutual protection, greater economic ties and
Military alliances.
We invite you all to attend the conference in Jackson, West
Phoenicia in the capital of Melbourne-Haven

West Phoenicia welcomes Diddyland. Please state who in your
government will be attending and what staff and servant will be
coming.
The Royal Jackson Hotel will host the conference. The hotel will
be out of bounds for anyone not associated with the Grand Old
South Conference.

Texas also accepts the invitation. We hope for a cooperative and
friendly meeting. Carnegie Smith will be attending, along with
several staff of his office.

Diddyland will be sending foreign minister Mariano Drolia.
President Ditmar Lange would love to attend personally, but is
already in a meeting in Sparta.
Should the meeting in Sparta finish before this meeting
concludes, the President would be glad to personally join the
meeting.

Venue: Royal Jackson Hotel
Time: 1700
Delegates from the invited Southern States start to arrive.
Musical fanfare starts playing with the popular tune I wish I
was in Dixie. A 14 course meal has been planned for the
delegates.
The large exquisite Agape Banquet hall is the location. Huge
banquet tables laden with food, Phoenician wine and beer are
visible. Gold encrusted plates with precious jewels lay at
every table with gold cutlery
Huge crystal chandeliers swing from the majestic sceneic glass
ceiling which displays the night sky.
Queen Alotta Diesel-Bush holds court while her husband King
Glenton Bush II is away on the goodwill tour. Surrounded by
100's of government ministers, Pontifex Angelika I of the West
Phoenician State Church, and royals. Awaiting the other
delegates to get The Grand Old Southern Conference started.
