Monarchist Spread in the NCSA?

A picture has emerged on "Friendlybook" (The Texan social media
website) showing Monarchist insurgents posing next to the
"Welcome to Missouri sign, outside the State of Missouri. The
picture was captioned with "Missouri, here comes Washington!"
The picture was also "Hashtagged" with "#KingWashington" "#UKCS"
and "#GodSaveTheKing" This, along with an endless lift of
pictures of insurgents in other states, has led the Texan
government to believe that Monarchist insurgents have
infiltrated other states. Among them are DEN, Sparta, CSAmk2,
Golden Coast and West Phoenicia. The Texan government urges
these states to be on high alert for potential terrorist
attacks.

[center]The Queen was at the University of Albany this morning
to give a speech on Education. Wrapping up her speech she was
informed of the large surge of monarchy supporters into fellow
nations within the region. She made a surprising statement
toward the end of her speech.
" Any monarchy supporter who feels that they are being
threatened or chased out of their homes because of their
beliefs, do not fear. After talking with the Prime Minister this
morning, he has given me the ok to allow the Church of Bamivo
and the Crown itself to take these refuges in. If you support
the crown, you have a home here with me. I will be your Queen!.
I also ask for the head of this movement, whoever you are to
make your way to Bamivo and sit down with me and other members
of the church. We can talk about everything from supporting your
movement to housing and employment in your possible new home
here in Bamivo. Long live the Crown!"[/center]

"Yes. Declare martial law for now with a curfew. Look into any
possible people with connections to the Monarchists and detain
them. Hurry." Emperor Xerxes said.

PM James Esposito and Emperor Xerxes in a joint news conference
announced their denunciation of Bamivo for harboring the
criminals waging war against Confederate Texas and calls for the
removal of their harboring these criminals, and they must hand
over any Monarchists in their control to Confederate Texas in
the next two hours or drastic actions will be taken.
In Secret
Two men board a commercial aircraft heading towards Bamivo for a
"hunting" trip. They carry their rifles in the cargo bay and are
soon to arrive. These men are secretly Rangers and are heading
to Bamivo to assassinate their leaders if the ultimatum isn't
accepted.

The Prime Minister gets a whiff of what PM James Esposito and
Emperor Xerxes have announced. He had this to say

" Bamivo does not plan, is not in the process and will not in
the future hold or harbor any criminals. We are putting our hand
out with the help of the Queen's church to help those in need or
threatened by their belief systems. The man fighting an unjust
fight in Texas may be wrong and may have committed a crime. If
that is the case, if he tried to enter into our nation, we would
arrest him our self. But I ask PM James Esposito and Emperor
Xerxes to remember that not all people are bad and those linked
to bad people may not be bad themselves. The man who has
committed a crime and would be arrested if he dared to make his
way in may have a wife, sister, grandparent or even children.
They have not raise a brick, knife or gun to anyone, have they?
They have not taken over anyones home, have they? Bad people
make bad choices, more upsetting is that most of those times
those bad people are linked to good people. We plan on helping
those good people unfairly put in the negative position by the
bad link they are unfortunately connected to.
Because of threats publicly and through our intelligence system
we have decided to intensify boarder security to the highest
level possible. We will also be having aircraft flying around
the boarders to make sure nothing comes in and nothing comes out
until more information is present. We will also be only allowing
domestic flights to go on that have been given official
approval."
OOC: I am new here, but I would think there is some protection
by the region to not allow one member to involuntarily get into
a military conflict with another member and hopefully the same
protection for another members "rangers" to come in and just
start taking out leaders. I am not sure of this but I have read
over some documents that states each member is protected. Any
information that I am not aware about, please feel free to
inform me on. Also, happy to finally get involved around here!

The Texan Central Intelligence Agency (TCIA), working with the
Texan Bureau of Invesigation (TBI) has arrested 12 young men,
claiming to be part of the "Monarch Militia of Men" (MMM) The
TCIA has reason to believe they were attempting to make pipe
bombs, finding the necessary ingredients in the "den" used by
the men. They also, according to plans written down by them,
were planning to bring and explode the pipe bombs in the center
of the state of DEN. The young men have been identified as
Marvin Berry (22), John Radcliffe (23), Adam Smithy (24), John
Mark (27), Paul Jonathan (19), John Xerxes (24, and seemingly
taking his name from the emperor of Sparta, though no relation)
Marty MacFarlene (23), Derek Brown (30), Indiana Tannen (23),
Adam John (29), Emmett Parker (20) and finally Bill Smith (24).

OOC: You can refuse an RP if you want, and I believe to a point
refuse to RP with people who bother you and harass you (Mention
that to the Mods, and we'll let you know). Unfortunately, I do
not believe it would be fair to start an RP and say "Yeah, you
can't do anything militarily with me" without prior notice of
your intentions (Like purely diplomatic or economical). Just as
it would be unfair for me to walk into a room and ruffle the
house up a little, then yell at a man who tried to fight me for
that, it would be unfair for you to join an RP and deny someone
else the chance to RP with you for legitimate reasons. If you
have any questions (As it should be judged on a case by case
basis) simply TG the mods or me.

After the horrible actions were uncovered, the Namenian
government was appalled such men could be brought to do such a
thing. Under a joint anti terrorism project, the SS has asked to
join the Texan Intelligence agencies in interrogating, and
preventing, any more terrorists from doing damage. Especially to
great nations like the NCSA, DEN, and Texas.

The Texan Central Intelligence Agency has agreed to join this
counter-terrorist project with the SS of DEN. The two will share
intelligence and information to prevent terrorism.

Governor Harrison, upon hearing the news from Texas, quickly
held a press conference from the Governor's Mansion in
Springfield. "First, let me be clear. The Confederate State of
Missouri has been a republic since its inception in 1862, that
is over 150 years of democratic tradition. We are a state of the
people, for the people, and by the people and will not tolerate
any effort to overthrow our government or disrupt our way of
life. Any person caught so doing will be met with the same vigor
we have been prosecuting the war against the Texas insurgents
with and will be tried to the fullest extent of our law.
To our fellow states in the NCSA who have monarchist governments
I would like to say this. What we have been doing in Texas we
are doing because we wish to support the duly elected and
recognized government of that state. In like fashion if
republican forces were to threaten the duly empowered and
recognized governments of your states we would hasten to support
your monarchies to the best of our ability. We feel this is our
duty as a member of this confederation. While we have a long
tradition of republican government in our state, and feel that
this is the best form of government for us, we are not arrogant
enough to assume it is the best form of government for all
people.
In order to fight this new threat I have directed General Omar
Pershing, who is already on the ground with our forces in Texas,
to begin fully cooperating with the DEN/Texas joint anti
terrorism project. In addition we will be sending agents from
the Missouri Intelligence Bureau into the area and increasing
our satellite surveillance in the region."
