       San Juan de Fuca Purchase

       Enduranca's location gives the country a sound passage to the
       open ocean, and trade elsewhere.
       However, the country is partially hemmed in, because of islands
       owned by Evergreen Columbia. Enduranca wishes to have better
       access to the ocean, while not ripping off their southern
       neighbor.
       Henceforth, Enduranca is offering to purchase the San Juan
       Islands from Evergreen Columbia. The latter may set their price
       as they see fit.
