Ditmar Lange has arrived at Sparta. He is very excited, as this
is his first official state visit since the foundation of his
country.
He also believes that this railway project will be very
important for his country's development

to the meeting place. "Now here are our leaders Emperor Xerxes
and PM Espo."

The plane carrying the envoy from Gallifrean TimeLords, Peter
Davidson, flies into Sparta City airspace. Apologies are
extended for his late arrival as he was needed in the capital of
Jackson for a time. The pilot asks permission to land.

A Gulfstream jet with the colors of Air Fortuna line up behind
the Gallifrean airplane for landing patterns. Onboard is
Minister of Transportation Alex Clayton, some of his aides, and
a media representative.
