OOC: But we have to. You can't just say "Poof! Here's nuclear
reactors! Yeah, lets have nukes! Lets do this!" When everyone
       ELSE has to research it..

OOC: We only have done that for nuclear bombs. We always just
went with it in the old NCSA.

No, we did it for NUCLEAR REACTORS, too. You wanna use nuclear,
you gotta research it. It's not something that just pops up,
man. Even CSM agreed with me. Even in the old NCSA we had to
research nuclear reactors. You wouldn't know how to make a
sustained nuclear reaction, so why do you have nuclear reactors?
Or, if you have reactors, why do you need to research bombs?

       a more fair war?

Tell you what. Go get your R&D Department and light a fire under
their ass. I'll just place a blockade down, no troops. :P

       Army Group A
"To the people of Heavenly Paradise: Rise up. Rise up against
the people who forcefully push you down. Fight against those who
commit genocide, who slaughter civilians like cattle. Who kill
and cheat ad steal and maim. Rise up and fight! Take down the
King... Take down the military! Remove those in power who dare
do such atrocities!" Vladimir shouted, standing at a podium in
the capital, staring out into the masses. He slammed his fist on
the table, growling. The crowd was watching him, listening to
him talk, even more interested now.
"To the government of Heavenly Paradise... This is your choice.
A massive blockade of your nation is now in effect. No trade...
No ship.... No plane, will pass the wall of death that is our
soldiers. Until you surrender, this blockade is to stay in
effect. Hear this: to those who want to test us, there will be
no warning. There will be no orders to turn back. There will be
no messages, just the steel of our barrels, and the fumes of our
       missiles.
"We will not stop until you surrender. Know this, vultures. Our
men, our boys in the military, will wipe you clean off this
earth if you dare. Know this and surrender... And there will be
no need for war." Vladimir finally said, and looked at them.
       "Onwards. To victory."

"Admiral, sir, we've established contact with Homeland, as well
as the rest of the 1st Fleet. The Admiral and Central are
wishing to speak to you, sir." The communications officer
reported to the Admiral of the group, Admiral Withers. The
Admiral nodded and pointed to the console screen in front of
him. The officer transferred the communications to the console
in front of him, and then closed his transmission.
"Greetings, Central." Admiral Withers opened, smiling at the
console. He was speaking and listening through a single ear
piece in his left ear. He nodded every so often, and smiled.
"Yes, sir. I understand, sir. No, I won't. Yes. Good day."
"What was it, Admiral?" The captain asked, standing right where
his seat would be. He was looking at the Admiral, and had a
serious look on his face, more that of concern, however.
"Central. They gave us our orders. We're to hold here with the
Hornet and Enterprise carriers, and the battleships Hochburg and
Argon and hold this line. Nothing is to get through, on either
side. We're to deploy AEWACS, and anti submarine ships until
further notice. If they do anything fishy.... We're to attack.
Before the ground forces get here." The Admiral said, and the
captain nodded. Sounded reasonable. "No ship, plane, or person
gets within five to twenty miles."
But the ground forces would get here soon. Even these three
nuclear aircraft carriers, the first in the world, would be a
little challenged to stay very long here. From each carrier, a
few aircraft launched... The first launched in the war, and they
would stay there. Probably for a long, long, time.

this. YOU are the aggressors, not us. You will know what we're
made of if you make any sudden moves. This standoff may prove
deadly, but the boys of Heavenly Paradise are stoic and brave
beyond comprehension. If you so think that we will go down in
death, then we shall do so with a furious reckoning. We will
fight you in the streets, in the shores, on the seas and in the
       skies."

       1st, 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 7th Spetznaz Army
       DENS NAC-104 Hochburg
"Field Marshal Castro, I must say, you should be proud of your
assignment. Especially regarding your most recent promotion to
Field Marshal." A voice proclaimed from behind the man named
Castro, who was standing atop the massive deck of the aircraft
carrier known as Hochbug. Her number was shown on the deck, a
plain 04, and that is where he stood, right between the zero and
       the four.
Castro turned around sharply to find the origin of that voice,
his face hardened like always. He didn't even shrug at the man,
just nodded in acknowledgment. "Hello, Captain. Aren't you
supposed to be with your company?"
"Ahh. Assault Company can do without me. After all, they were
trained to do just that." The captain replied, his hands at his
side as he walked across the deck to the Marshal's position.
"Although, I can imagine that you yourself might be missed by
       HQ."
"Bah. Those fat bastards can rot for all I care." Castro
replied, and shook his head. The other Captain stood next to
him, watching both him and the sea. "I already went over the
plan with the Generals, so there' son reason for me to bother
with them anymore. Besides, Cato, I'd rather stay up here."
"Yes... It's magnificent isn't it?" Cato asked, staring into the
ocean with him. He turned around and faced the rest of the
fleet, which was spreading out since the moment they left port.
Castro, too, turned around and faced the fleet, a little
surprised, but knowing it already. "Amazing.... How they do
       this, I don't know."
"This is nothing compared to our full force. You know of the
fourth fleet's escapade, right? They're heading right for Texas.
They've got the 3rd Army on them. I don't think those bastards
will be dealing with us longer." He said, and shrugged. "Five
hundred thousand men on us... One hundred thousand men on the
       other. Must be fun, eh?"
