10,000 royal marines have been placed in the capitol building in
order to protect the royal family and Parliament. Prince
Charles, eldest son of the king, appears before the crowd,
flanked by soldiers for protection. He calls out to them,
"Namenians, I see your plight! That is why these laws have been
repealed! We welcome you here, and if you tale a look at our
economy, we are growing due to your hard work! Our rating went
from Reasonable to Strong! We are recovering from hardship!
Please calm down!"

"Look, he's hiding behind his soldiers!" A man shouted, waving
his fist. The people shouted, walking up to them. They were
angered by the amount of soldiers there. "The richest citizens
live in shelter! What do we do? Work! That is it! Your
government only wants us to work, not to live! DOWN WITH THEM!"

"How long will it take? This country is in ruins and only JUST
starting to look better! Fools!" The man shouted, taking up the
position that the other man had just moments before
disappearing. He shook his fist, shouting from a megaphone.
Everyone else was shouting in agreement.

Damn it.... This is taking way too long.... The disappeared man
thought to himself, running back to his house. He opened the
door, and grabbed the SR-1B from his room, before running back
down. He loaded the clip into it and set the Rifle's fire mode
to semi, running back with the rifle in his coat, folded up.
They don't want to die... But they want change. Looks like I
have to change that.
He ran to the nearest building, running up the steps to the
roof, looking like a normal person. He ignored everyone else,
and waited, before hitting the roof. Getting onto the gravel, he
grabbed the rifle, set up the bipod, attached the silencer, and
cocked the gun, aiming down the sights. Now... Which target...
King... Or... Oh. I have one.
He took careful aim with his rifle, looking down the
crosshairs... Held his breath... And pulled the trigger. Two
shots flew out of the rifle, unheard by anyone because of the
crowd and silencer. He waited, got up, picked up the spent
casings, and put two rounds into the clip, before pushing a
cleaning round (CO2 cartridge with a cleaning pad on the end),
firing it, and picking up the pad and cartridge, walking to the
other edge of the building. He was going to need a shower.

"We should just go back! What good is it if you're going to kill
u-" He said, and stopped, cut off. Two bullets ripped through
his head, shattering his skull and spraying the crowd with
blood. The megaphone was shattered, and fell to the ground,
clanking on the floor as the body slumped over it. The entire
crowd went silent, staring. Then a woman screamed, covered in
his blood.
"They... They... THEY KILLED HIM!" A man shouted, stuttering.
The entire crowed roared and ran for them, enraged. "DEATH TO
THE MURDERERS!"

The royal marines got out their riot shields and began to combat
the crowds. They fired non lethal rubber rounds into the crowd
and shot tear gas. They surrounded the government buildings to
protect them. A loudspeaker called out ,"WE DID NOT FIRE IN THAT
INNOCENT PROTESTOR! THE FIRE CAME FROM THE OTHER DIRECTION!"

What fools... Thinking they could fight off the crowd like that.
Let's give them some fun, hmm? The man thought to himself, and
watched from the roof as the fighting continued. The people were
literally charging them, ignoring all reason. Picking up his
phone, he dialed the girl who slept in his room. "Hey. Saw the
riots? Pretty good they don't have guns. Eh?"
"Shit. If they did, the Marines would be in trouble." The girl
replied, driving a van towards the rioting. They talked for a
minute, before hanging up. She cocked a pistol she had in her
hand, and ran towards the crowd, stopping. "People! Rise up!"

Half the crowd swarmed the marines, half grabbed the guns. The
ones who grabbed the guns fired wildly into the marines, the
rounds easily going through the riot shields, which were only
designed to combat people, not bullets (riot vs ballistic
shields). As the tear gas dispersed some, they continued trying
to run blindly into the police, enraged.

The national guard has been called up and 100,000 soldiers are
currently on the way to subdue the riots, especially those who
are armed. They come with APCs, tanks, and apache helicopter
support. They are armed with machine guns, assault rifles, and
grenade launchers.

The marines took out their sidearms and began to fire rounds at
those with guns. They were sustaining casualties, but began to
take cover among the buildings. Some have gone to the royal
armory in the palace to get better weapons while they wait for
the National Guard Support. The royal family has been evacuated
by helicopter pad on the roof of the palace, save for Prince
Charles, who has gotten himself a rifle and is leading the
defense.

I suppose... Maybe it's time to do something... The man thought,
still standing on the building roof, rifle in hand. He was
kneeling on the gravel, watching the scene unfold in front of
his eyes. The radio in his ear was picking up immense chatter.
Just from listening, he knew that the national guard was ordered
in, and that the King and his queen had been airlifted out. The
cowards.... Running away. But then again.. I suppose they're the
smart ones. So, no one to... What's this?
He stared out to the capital building, his eyebrow raised.
Yes... There was someone there. Someone important it seemed. He
decided he needed a closer look, and pulled the rifle up to his
shoulders, and looked through the crosshairs of his slightly
zoomed in scope. He put it down, then put it back up, and
huffed. So the prince was actually leading the defense.
Interesting....
He paused for a second and looked back down the scope, pulling
the bolt back on the gun again, and fired three shots at the
prince, holding his breath.

The Prince fell, dead on the spot. The marines had finally got
some better weapons, and began to furiously fight. The screamed,
"MURDERERS! FIENDS! DEATH TO THE REBELLION!" Meanwhile, the
National Guard had finally arrived. The first to enter the
fighting zone were the APCs and the Apaches, flanked by heavily
armed infantry. The APCs fired their 7.26mm coaxial machine
guns at the armed rioters, and the infantry charged the crowd,
firing as they went and began efforts to push them back. There
was still space between them and the Marines, but they were
getting closer. The tanks came behind, ready to fire if need be.

OOC: I must ask, where did the national guard come from? And how
did you mobilize 100,000 so fast?

Damn! Damn those fools! This in of itself is a Casus Beli... But
sitting it out may be key. Damn! The man thought to himself, and
watched the carnage from above. It was a massacre. Literally.
There were even people using dead bodies as cover... Just trying
to survive. If there was anything he could do, it wouldn't do
much. Ive got to leave this. I can't stay here any longer. Good
luck, people...
He got up, taking his rifle with him and doing the exact same
thing to clean up the evidence, and put the rifle on his back,
running to the edge of the building away from the fighting. He
checked the place below him, and nodded, waiting on the roof.
He'd have to wait it out. As the time ticked by, helicopter
after helicopter passed him by without notice, as he took
shelter in the actual building itself.
