"If possible, we'd like to make two separate, large scale
facilities in your nation. We would, of course, dredge and
deepen your ports, as well as give you a naval station on one of
our shorelines. Fortunately, it will be close to our shores, and
if possible, we'll give you two: West, and South. We'd also like
an early warning of any possible threats, and those bases would
do wonderfully for both of us. What do you say?"

"I'd say that sounds like a very good deal! I'll approve the
construction of two DEN facilities on Enduranca's west coast.
However, you'll have to speak with Evergreen Columbia to get the
territory issues sorted out.
"Now, about that military alliance; we would gladly accept those
two stations you proposed. It would also give us a chance to
expand our navy. At the same time, I am wondering about the
sharing of technology- not weapons of mass destruction, pardon
me. Just some things to give our little forces an extra boost."

me sail there long before your nation came to be. Now, as to
military sharing... I'll say no. Not our current weaponry,
vehicles, or other items of the like. Now, we'd be glad to let
you use our guns, and our T-4, as well as older aircraft which
might be better than your current, but no. We cannot. Not at
this moment. The reason is all about trust."

The President nods. "I understand. Please excuse that. Anyways,
you have the go-ahead to now complete your bases as wished. For
the time being, if you wish to station aircraft at any of our
fields, please let us know.
"I'll also get to work establishing a hot-line with your heads
of government, so there's no confusion between us."

be putting a sonar net in the waters, which will be monitoring
for enemy ships. You should not be worried if your ships get
pinged by the sonar."

signatures of our Werewolf subs, so they aren't mistaken for
enemy boats. I'll also order they remain surfaced until they
leave Endurancan waters."

IS: Two new nuclear submarines are under construction at a
covered pen. The Werewolf diesel-electrics remain in commission.
Also nearby are several car carriers being converted to nuclear
marine propulsion.

"Gladly. Though, there is no real magnetic 'signature'. It's the
Sonar that's the difference. We'll give you our current foreign
sonar profiles, along with whether they're magnetic or not.
Also, we'll release information to your government, strictly
confidential this is, about some of our subs as well.
Specifically the Krepest, Tetrarch, Alpha, and Beta I classes."

information, although I will admit- this is confidential, of
course- that we are constructing nuclear attack submarines to
coincide with the Werewolf class. As soon as trails are
completed, you'll get that information."
