Enduranca Federation R&D

After successful sales of surplus uranium from the nation,
Enduranca has plenty to work with.
Centrifuges are being constructed in Eastland to enrich the
mined uranium, and to achieve nuclear fission.

IC: The United Socialist States of DEN wishes to convey both
their good luck, and an offer of help towards the other nation,
as they have had incredible amounts of experience dealing with
nuclear fission and enrichment.

As such is the case, government officials of USSDEN invite
Enduranca to not only enjoy scientists to help them, but also
invite them to visit a DEN nuclear reactor to get the idea of
what they would be looking for. The reactor will be brought over
immediately should they agree.

Enduranca accepts the offer. Scientists and physicians arrive at
DEN via an Air Fortuna charter aircraft. All are in good
spirits- DEN's huge uranium purchase, after all, helped fund the
department.

The scientists will be received outside the Wall, and be guided
around a civilian classed nuclear reactor. Any questions they
have will be answered in full by the men there.

and performance.

Officials from USSDEN ask that all this information be kept
strictly confidential to Enduranca only. No one else may know
about it. To help facilitate this and other advancements in the
future, a representative from DEN is asking for permission to
enter the country for negotiations on alliances.
