Land Move

Is it possible for me to RP moving to Arizona and New Mexico? It
would be a good RP since that is the original home of the
Spartans.

Of course. Approved, as I am SOI. Now CSM puts you on the map!
This move is within the confines of the law, as a state may only
change its land claim once. This is your one time, Sparta,
unless the law should be amended to allow for more than one land
claim change. Thank you to CSM for managing the map! It is
greatly appreciated and not to be taken for granted! :D

Sparta, your initial claim is limited to 32,020 sq miles. After
that, you can expand another 32,020 sq miles without rping, and
then you have to rp for an additional 16, 010 sq miles. Any
expansions beyond the 150% must be approved by Congress. CSM
gave you as much as he could. Beyond that, it is your
responsibility to expand as you wish. Them's the rules. :)
