Uranium found in Southwest Hirilia

With Uranium having been discovered in the Southwestern
territories of The Commonwealth of Hirilia, the Hirilian
Government has decided to allow the mining company Harris
Nuclear Mining Inc., under intense government supervision, to
begin a slow and controlled mining of the region for the
radioactive element. The Hirilian government asserts to its
neighbors and the region that it has no intention on developing
any form of radioactive weapon and are primarily interested in
the creation of next generation nuclear power-plants. The
Hirilian senate believe that this development will decrease the
environmental damage being caused by fracking ventures in the
eastern half of the country. The Hirilian government says that
any radioactive material found in the territory is not legal for
sale at this time.

The Namenian Government has sent a request that they may be able
to clean up the Depleted Uranium found over after mining, and if
there is any chance of them helping to mine. The Depleted
Uranium is used in civilian purposes as counterweights for
aircraft, as well as shielding for radioactive materials. As
their government does not use it, DEN would be thrilled if they
could buy it off them.

The Spartan government asks if they may buy the mining rights to
mine the uranium. They promise to follow all local laws while
the miners are there and they will also allow for locals to work
on the mines and promise the safety of the environment.

In response to excitement of sales, Enduranca announces the
presence of uranium on its soils as well. An investigation is
underway after what was supposed to be limited deforestation
went out of control, but the result is a surplus of uranium.
Enduranca offers to put the surplus on the market. All shipping
and handling is carried out by the Federation of Enduranca.

Gondor would like to do business with Enduranca for surplus
uranium. Prices may be set and negotiated. Gondor is willing to
pay many prices, high or low.

Enduranca makes clear that all uranium produced will be
transported in yellowcake form. Additional enrichment is the
responsibility of the customer.
As of now, the price of Endurancan surplus yellowcake is set at
105 Endyens per pound. Transport will be provided via a modified
Air Fortuna B747-2F.

Enduranca graciously accepts the offer! Preparations are
underway for transport.
*UPDATE:* It will take four days to fully transfer all the
purchased uranium.

DEN will gladly purchase around 50,000 tons (100 million pounds)
of uranium.

Sparta offers to Enduranca this, we ask for 10 miles to buy to
mine uranium on and will handle all the excavation of the
uranium under Endurancan laws for approximately 500 million.
Sparta also will reserve 50% of all job opportunities on this
land for Endurancan citizens. Sound like a deal?
