NSCA tour for opening new dialogue

The king of West Phoenicia Glenton Bush II has announced he will
be touring nations of the NCSA to discuss varying degrees of
important issues and securing new trade and allies.

Adam Simpson has agreed to allow the King to tour Texas. He
believes that because of the recent trade between the Republic
of Texas and the Kingdom of West Phoenicia, their relations can
only improve. However, the Texas visit will have to be delayed
until the end of the civil war.
