       Much Needed Expansion of Hirilia

       Having awaited five days membership of the NeoConfederate States
       of America, The Commonwealth of Hirilia submits a request for
       one free expansion of its land. The Great Expansion would
       comprise of two vast territories; The Blue Mountains territory
       and the Rocky Mountains territory. The Blue Mountain territory
       would comprise  of Washington's State's Walla Walla county,
       followed by Oregon's Wallowa, Baker, Union and Umatilla
       counties. This territory would encompass 12,809 square miles of
       wilderness and will allow Hirilia access to the sea via the
       Columbia River and have Hirilia be a dominant force on the Snake
       River. The Rocky Mountains territory would place Idaho state
       counties; Idaho,Adams, Washington, Valley, Boise as well as
       Montana's Lake County. This territory would add another 18,641
       square miles of prime mining land to Hirilia's economy. The
       territories while separate are contiguous to the Hirilia
       mainland and add up to 31,450 square miles. This expansion would
       prove an immense boom to the economy of the Commonwealth.
