Riots in Sparta

Sparta City
A large crowd of around 2,500 men and women had gathered around
the Imperial Palace wall in a protest against the very high
taxes of 90% that the government has enacted to help pay off the
Spartan debt. One man was obviously in charge on a platform
chanting into a microphone, "We work hard for our money yet we
only keep 10% of it! Tax relief or civil War!" He chanted. The
crowd began crying out, "Tax relief or civil war!"
Up on the wall surrounding the Palace, Lt. Col. Washington
viewed the protest. The Imperial Guards were on top of the wall
looking through slits in the 13 feet thick wall. The men were
joking around and laughing. On the roof of the Palace behind the
walls however men were alert and the four snipers has targets on
all the leaders in case things turned violent.

Vanderbilt smiled when he heard the news of the riots in Sparta.
"I mean thats what happens when you have an idiot for a king."
he continued to sip his coffee as he went on talking about
stupidity that runs the different states of the NCSA. Aides
quickly rushed to shut all the blinds and turn off anyone's cell
phone.

Paliside Wall
Lt. Col. Washington viewed the current situation outside the
walls. Most people had left to their families but 600 still
stayed. That morning he had received instructions to clear the
protesters out and break it up. He smiled. "Private Chamberlain
come here." The man he called to rushed over. "Take 60men and
remove those protesters immediately. Take riot gear and batons
and break it up with a picket line. Should it turn violent use
your batons. Bring me the leader. Move."
The picket line moved forward riot shields held up. "Bastards
look at them Hiding behind their shields." The crowd yelled. The
picket line pushed the crowd back and four men grabbed the
leader of the protest and detained him. The crowd began to shove
but to no avail. After two hours of this they gave up and left.
The leader of the protest and the Prime Minister met with him.
*Public Broadcast*
"We have news that taxes are being cut down to 49%! What a
change its wonderful that the Prime Minister would listen to
us!"the News anchor said.
