OOC: I think we should wait longer IRL time as this is a massive

OOC: Laying of track is actually surprisingly efficient
nowadays, and with two companies working on it, it would go by
pretty quick. Plus, there's not much we're going to be able to
do with a connection between only us. Future projects like the
tracks to Golden Coast will take longer.

The GC suggests that if the CA wants to provide payment. they
should construct a railroad in-between CA and GC
