OOC: Either missed it or forgot about that detail when I was
planning my "grand speech". :-[
As the new Governor was finishing his speech chaos began to
break out in the crowd. From where he stood he could see nearby
Rangers and Capitol Police converging in one area. People in the
crowd nearby were running around and screaming. It wasn't long
before a group of Rangers bounded up the steps. Their Captain
whispered something into Governor Harrison's ear and started
whisking him further up the stairs into the capitol building.
Another Ranger whispered the same thing into the ear of the
leader of Maximus' body guard, strongly encouraging them to
follow suit.

The five guards nodded and donned their gasmasks, pulling out
their rifles and cocking them, and ushering Maximus with them.
Maximus nodded and followed them, himself getting prepared for
an engagement. The guards surrounded their leader, and rushed up
the stairs to the into the building with the rangers, a little
confused. Something had happened... But what?

Liam Ward O'Hearn and Terry Benjamin Morin step off of the large
plane that carried and look around for their limo. For some
reason they don't see it and call for it. "This is the EMC Co.
delegation, we would like to know where our limo is." The ten
elite bodyguards circle the leaders and are made ready for
anything.
OOC: You can decide to pick me up and tell me after you pick
them up or you can tell them before. either way it's cool.

The King got up, disoriented. He had been shot supposedly in the
head, but it seemed that they had missed. And his body wounds?
Bullet proof vest. "Where is EVERYONE!!!?!???" He screamed when
he saw his guards dead.

A Limo is immediately sent to pick up the EMC Co. Delegation,
they notice that there seems to be an extreme amount of security
with it. Once the delegation is picked up they are informed of
what has been going on.

OK, give me a bit to think up a response other than "huh" ???
The King is of course hustled inside the capitol building and
informed of why his guards are dead.
