How much more can I expand? Also is Epitomony considered
inactive and may I have his lands?

A State may role play one additional expansion in addition to
its free expansion. This expansion is limited to 16,010 sq mi
(41,465.5 km2) ;)
I need to go through and see who is legally inactive on the map
and do a purge. I haven't had a day of from work in the past 10
days. :'( So that will be on my list for Wednesday, provided
the wife doesn't hijack me for her own nefarious purposes, like
shopping. If I don't get to it either then or Friday I have a
week's vacation coming up starting Sunday.
