Depends on what you have there. Considering each of my smart
cluster bombs contain forty individually guided and targeting
submunitions that spout molten copper to defeat armor, and
shrapnel to kill everything else, you may just lose your TELs.
And then considering the amount of dumb submunitions coming in
       behind it....
Dunno. But there's a LOT of explosions happening.

Would they penetrate into the ground? Because, I have a storage
of some of my nuclear weapons down there and other weapons. It's
like an underground base with the airfield and hangar above
grounds but the barracks below ground.

       You never mentioned this before.
This is CRUCIAL because the rocket you launched would've been
launched from a mobile TEL. Furthermore, you NEVER mentioned any
of your bases in your factbook. This is why you NEED DETAIL. I
assumed that a mach four missile would be launched from a TEL,
and that there's an ABOVE GROUND BASE THAT WASN'T JUST MADE INTO
AN UNDERGROUND BASE THE SECOND I WANTED TO ATTACK IT....
I KNOW you literally came up with this on the spot.

DEN, the missile launch and everything was above ground Im
saying the storages for the missiles and the barracks is below
ground. That's it. All my bases are like this that have nuclear
       warheads kept there

Okay, you've just come up with that thing as well.
You NEVER mentioned it before. I know I sound accusatory, but
this sounds a lot like metagaming to save what assets you have.
So tell me, in detail, what is above the ground?

I promise I didn't mean to make it seem like that.
       Okay above ground is,
Trenches and guard towers and the main base itself with guards
constantly on duty, there are missile silos and TELs. There is
an airfield, and a hangar full of planes but most will be in the
air on patrol(which I RPied) There are SAMs and also
anti-aircraft cannons as well as two Rail Guns. There is a
garage(a big one) which the tanks are repaired in and stored in
as well as some of the armored vehicles. The ammo
storage(bullets, grenades, tank rounds, and fighter rounds.)
Below ground is, the barracks that the men sleep in. It's below
ground in case of an air raid, and also the HQ and Situation
Room and the hospital. Farther below that there is the storage
for the bombs and other traditional warheads, farther down
highly guarded is the nuclear warheads.

       Alright. That's..
That was good. Alright. Lets go with that.
No, it won't penetrate the ground too far :P

So it would most likely damage some of the barracks walls as
well as HQ and the Situation Room. Does 10,000 casualties out of
20,000 sound reasonable? Because 10,000 are on guard and working
during the day, and 10,000 at night. Also I apologize for not
having a Factbook I will make one after the war.

10,000 soldiers is a lot to be stored on a base. I usually have
around 5,000 active all the time. So... depending on how deep
the barracks is, no casualties (i.e. this thing probably will
only go around 1000 mm - 2000 mm), and you'll probably have SOME
       survivors on the top :P

Okay so I'll say that 3,000 survived with 1,400 dead, and 600
       severely wounded.
