OOC: The fleets aren't going into the canal they are going to
the entrance. Also look at my NS state. I make trillions a year
so I would have enough!

already using that money. Even if you didn't, you would collapse
in debt.

OOC: Sparta, who all could you borrow from in order to get 32
trillion to buy the ships? Therefore, how could EMC profit if
you are not able to borrow?
