The terms arrive to EMC CO of the agreed deal. Four fleets
consisting of 20 ships in each fleet shall be given to Spartan
control for 32 trillion. These ships will immediately leave EMC
Co waters and the money shall be transferred immediately.
Transports are on their way to work these new ships. The
transports carry Spartan Navy personnel. The Supreme Admiral
carries the necessary equipment to wire the money from the
Spartan treasury to the EMC Co as soon as his men are on the
ships.

Each fleet will take up to a year due to how we do not have many
shipyards and the sheer size of this order. So around three
years for all three to be completed.

The Spartans arrive and relieve the EMC Co. Of their duty on the
new Spartan fleet. Admiral Nelson wires the money to EMC CO. And
the Spartans begin to leave heading towards the top of the Erie
Canal.

OOC: Sparta he does have a point about the canal and pluss they
wouldnt fit but Caos he retrieved the one that was pre-existing.
