       Initial claims can be no larger than 32,020 sq mi. The counties
       in Texas alone you requested add up to 29,111 sq mi. I gave you
       all of those plus one that you requested in New Mexico which
       brought the total to 32, 918 sq mi. That's a little over but eh.
       In five days from now you can come back and request another
       32,020 sq mi, which might get you the rest of the area. I didn't
       add it up to find out out.  :-[
