I saw this forever ago and was thinking I really wanted to make
this a thing to give a bit of uniqueness to my Nation, did some
reasearch and found it pretty legit, Virginia has carbon
deposits and everything else needed to manufacture this so I
want it.

A foreign legion is a detachment of your army that is made up
solely of troops of armies that you have defeated. The French
Foreign Legion drew troops from all corners of the world during
there expansionist period. This included Tunisians, Algerians,
Mexicans, Prussians and 136 other nationalities. If you want a
foreign legion all you have to do is defeat an army and leave
some survivors, that would be willing to fight for you. The
French Foreign Legion is not as effective on a modern day
battlefield as in the 19th century and today the French Foreign
Legion is more of a ceremonial regiment. Good luck to you trying
to form a foreign legion however, please don't come and try to
defeat my army thanks :P

Would it realistic if I had an army of iron men? Sounds stupid
but it could work.
