The army is scrapping the J-31 stealth multirole fighter program
in favor of the F/A-33 Timberwolf
This jet will carry air-to-air, air-to-surface, and air-to-sea
munitions. It will utilize top of the line stealth technologies
and will use turbofan engine, giving the plane enough power to
go up to Mach 4+ at top speeds, but will be supersonic for most
missions. The service ceiling will be close to 75,000 feet.

The King has authorized the official forming of the Gondorian
Cosmosnaut Administration, or GCA. The base of operations will
be built at Milwaukee, where there will be launching stations,
barracks for personnel, control rooms, and a comprehensive
underground research and development center. The first mission
of the agency is to develop a rocket system that will take man
to mars.

In Secret
Today marked the final testing of the F/A-33 Timberwolf. It went
through a series of complicated tests, starting with a maneuving
and dogfight test against the older G-7 multirole fighter. It
passed with flying colors, proving to be super maneuverable in
the process due to it's thrust vectoring turbofan. It used its
long range missile launching systems to conduct a BVR (beyond
visual range) strike against a drone target, destroying it in a
burst of flames. The Timberwolf then went on bombing runs and
strafed ground targets with its one Gatling cannons, hitting the
marked areas. The last test was the stealth features of the
plane, which involved trying to detect the plane on radar. The
new radar absorbent coating was effective against radar, having
a similar (possibly higher) RCS to the F-22. The F/A-33 will now
be mass produced to fill the skies, with 200 planes set to be
manufactured in the coming weeks. This plane isn't just any old
fighter. It is a high stealth, high quality plane that should
dominate the NCSA skies when it is rolled out.

The Gondorian Air Force has begun to develop the C-5M Super
Galaxy. It will be a cargo and transport aircraft, with two
variants. It will be able to drop paratroopers into action, as
well as armored vehicles and tanks, depending upon the payload.
