       Gondor Returns

       OOC: I know I'm not official yet, but this is basically a
       teaser. No one freak out lol.
       IC: As the NCSA might know, Gondor has always been a cornerstone
       of NCSA history, and quite the interesting one at that. Gondor
       has applied for statehood and is currently taking steps to form
       a government, with a projected capitol being Madison, Wisconsin.

       Many ever doubted it would happen. The NCSA had itself
       temporarily been in chaos, and Gondor had collapsed. But those
       days are long gone. Gondor is becoming a state again. Rejoice,
       NCSA! The great monarch Emperor Aragorn is rumored to be in
       Madison right now, preparing for his re-coronation and
       construction of the Royal Palace. Truly, this is a day of joy!
       Gondor will bring a new dynamic to the NCSA, in the form of a
       great new regional power. Gondor is coming again. ARE YOU READY?
