Nuclear disarmament Committee

The Kingdom of West Phoenicia is committed to a nuclear free
region as such a special committee has been appointed chaired by
Retired Military General Scott Tass.
We cordially invite all states to attend this special conference
where two additional members will be appointed.
Questions to be discussed.
1. Why if we all support peace do nations have to build nuclear
weapons which will affect the whole region.
2. What can we do to stop this.

OOC: You don't know anyone has built nuclear weapons. Sparta and
I are the only ones and as of now I only SUSPECT Sparta.

This is not metagaming. I am setting up a nuclear disarmament
Committee. And I am in my right to do so.
The fact two nations protest has West Phoenicia concerned. That
maybe there are nations building nukes.
I have not named any nation have I?

If there's no nukes and you don't know about them, then there is
no way to 'disarm'

This commitee will be used to write laws outlawing them. So if
there are no nukes will just make the job easiet.
But you cannot deny me the right to form a committee

Okay, stop for five minutes and think.
This is all OOC. None of you know of the power of nukes, so why
would you do this? Furthermore, what gain would you have?

One of the key points to the Antebellum Party is nuclear
disarmament.
We are pushing this as one of our policies. The fact that there
may or may not be nukes is irrelevant
