a breath. "A little bit ago, Sparta launched a fleet from EMC
Co. This fleet entered the Gulf Of Mexico, and we trailed it all
the way. When it got to Panama, we realized that it was not a
merchant fleet. No merchant fleet fields 75 ships and 20 war
ships, two of those Battleships. So we went to board them, to
check. Well, the Destroyer that went out reported soldiers on
all decks... Armed. It was an ambush. He accidentally rammed a
ship, and in the confusion, was sunken by severe enemy
firepower. He took down seven of the Bastards.
Well, the fleet was mostly sunk, and now they are cleaning up."
He replied, finished. "So you see, Tovarishch, it is better the
Spartans leave."

Satisfied with that answer he begins to ask another question,
"Will your leader be joining the others in my State? His
Excellency has invited all member states and hopes that each
leader, if possible, is able to attended. So tell me
""comrade"", what is your States history? Culture? Government?"
he downs another gulp from his glass.

He winced at the almost mocking use of the word Comrade, and
then turned back to him. "Tovarishch, we do not share such
things lightly. It is all very long. Perhaps you should come to
DEN, no?"

Embarrassed and a bit flustered the Representative quickly
apologized, "I can see that my use of the word comrade was
inappropriate please do not think I was mocking you, and
visiting DEN would be a delight in light of the rather serious
business we are attending to here, maybe when this bill is
settled I will arrange a holiday trip."

"Splendid do you know when he's set to arrive? I do believe that
the Spartan leader has arrived but seems to have run into a bit
of trouble on our runway. As for who would be attending your
State I do not know sir, as His Excellency is needed most dearly
at home, we are still recovering from our own conflicts and he
may very well be the only thing holding our country together."
