Operation Chaos

John Remmy boards a plane from West Virginia heading south to
West Phoenicia. He is going there to hunt feral hogs and he
carries his hunting rifle in the cargo hold legally. He is soon
To arrive.
In Secret
The man is secretly a Ranger agent named Jimmy Graham. He is
moving into West Phoenicia to create chaos there. This mission
is to spark trouble in the southern part of the NCSA so that a
Ranger Operation may occur easily elsewhere(not saying what it
is to avoid meta gaming.) The Rangers HQ took extensive care to
assure that his passport looks authentic and you couldn't tell
it's fake unless you examine it with a microscope, and they made
sure that it appears as if "Mr. Remmy" is a West Virginian
citizen and they backed this up with extensive Wells Fargo
payments, tax payments, fake job records, and store purchases
that is fake but backs up his story extensively.

A plane arrives from West Virginia. As passengers disembark
Airport Agents wait to process the passengers for entry into
West Phoenicia. Passengers with firearms are advised to form a
line to the left.

Mr. Remmy moved to the left line with his hunting rifle safely
tucked in a hunting bag made of cow hide. He knew he was safe as
the Rangers had filled his fake character with years of years of
fake information which made it impossible for the Airport Agents
to figure out.

With a print out photo in his hand one of the Airport Security
Agents glanced at the photo and looked at the line of people.
His eyes flew up as he recognised a face in line that matched
the photo in his hand.
Nodding to another agent they moved forward walking to the line
walking right to the direction of a man holding a bag made of
cow hide...
