If I expand to include all of Pennsylvania I'll still have
another expansion right?

What I did was break the old 2 1/2 times rule into sections to
save myself from spending a lot of time on the map. ;D you
start with 32,050 sq mi. after five days you get another 32,050
sq mi without having to do anything but ask for it. Then to get
the last 16,025 sq mi you have to do an RP.

You got the rest of Pennsylvania, a little under half of Ohio,
and a piece of West Virginia to avoid the "corridor" issue.
