The USSDEN has cited that no other country has subs like that,
and the thermal imaging and normal imaging matches that of your
single dry dock. While having no navy, your only dry dock is
easy to spot. In addition, we've caught the movement of the
submarine on camera every time it went up to contact your
nation. This is also the SECOND launch from you.
       What say you in defense?

       The Spartan government responds,
"How do you know our submarine designs and those of the other
nations? Are you impeding on all of our government's privacy and
spying on us? Because if not that was just an unbacked bluff
saying that "no other nation has those submarine designs." Yes
we have a dry dock but none of our submarines are capable of
launching a nuclear ballistic missile.(because I rpied those
that could in secret so You'd have no idea) We have launched no
nuclear missiles and your contempt for our state is clear. This
is propaganda of yours to turn states against us. You have NO
solid evidence against us as you couldn't since this is not us."
       In Secret
All Spartan military is being put on high alert and defenses are
       on high alert.

OOC: 'I RPed launching them in zecretz Lolz! DEN can't see them
       because of two bolded words!'
Really? That's your ONLY argument? Are you dumb? Sparta, unless
you've got a damn good defense on why it should be impossible to
see by my OTH and satellites and satellite radar, you've got no
defense. Putting two bolder words only makes it non public and
harder to find out. It doesn't guarentee you 100% secrecy.
That's up to the player. So, you made no action to make it
secret and how could you? There's only one or two ways out.
IC: The DEN official managed to stop and stare, dumbfounded. He
was amazed by the utter stupidity of this man. In fact, his
entire nation was stupid. Incredibly stupid. He sighed and
continued. He wanted to laugh so much but his protocol denied
       it.
"Literally every other nation around you, and below, has been
affected heavily by the nuclear weapons. Being the only nation
there without a big enough coast, you are not bothered. Also,
you were the only nation to divert aircraft and what little
ships your trade fleet has away from the detonation sites. We've
been watching Sparta after their actions in other areas, and we
can confirm one launch from their land, and another launch from
one of their subs. Furthermore, the path of the sub is directly
from a canal, and the sub even was surfaced from the river it
went through, and we have photographic proof of this ship being
constructed and set sail. Furthermore, the nation of Sparta has
been vehemently denying everything, which furthers suspicions.
"Around 1200 hours Radar reported an anomaly entering and then
exiting the closest water to Sparta. We detected no aircraft or
other ships out of port. Then, at 1800 hours the next day the
submarine surfaced and launched missiles. The missiles and the
anomaly on radar looked exactly like
The anomaly at sea and land launch before. Then, a nuclear
explosion far outside Spartan boundaries was recorded. The
submarine then dived. No other nation has launched subs near
you. You even admit to owning subs.
"In addition, we never mentioned the words nuclear ballistic
missile. That was all on you. We only mentioned it was a nuclear
sub because of the heat it was giving off. You are the only
nuclear capable country on the east coast, as seen by your
nuclear power plants and recent uranium enrichments. We've seen
multiple nuclear reactors pop up, and your sub is NOT looking
like a conventional design, having faster speed and no snorkels
for conventional power plants. Even more so, your sub is large,
which looks like it would be out at sea for long.
"So. You have no defense, and we have all the evidence. Granted,
some is not entirely solid, but most is, and it is enough to put
the blame on you without a doubt."

The CA agrees with the nameins and had sent the reward. The
government has contacted West Pheoncia with the information. A
team of ten detectives and five hundred soldiers have been sent
to Sparta to investigate the detention.

The reward was split evenly among the members who defected the
launches and detonations. The government asks that it help in
researching the possibility of launch by inspecting all large
submarines for nuclear reactors, and examining storage
       facilities designed for nuclear storage.

Adam Simpson of Texas would like to thank all nations who
contributed to the finding of the perpetrator. We do believe the
Nameins and will also be sending a reward. Meanwhile, Adam
Simpson would also like to see if Sparta can be held accountable
for their actions. Also, as the Golden Coast has been refueling
its ships at Texas, going through these dangerous water, to get
to the CA, we would like to check if the Golden Coast is still
       sending ships.
       Regards,
       Adam Simpson

OOC: No, Sparta, we're sending flowers.
IC: Albert Dawning, president of the NCSA, publicly denounced
Sparta today and asked for as many people to examine the
       situation as possible.

His Excellency condemns all nuclear detonations, and regardless
of Sparta's guilt or not, wishes this to be resolved peacefully.
His Excellency suggests cooperation in the cleanup of nuclear
waste, as this issue is an epidemic to many States along the
       Atlantic Ocean.

Sparta refuses to allow any foreign ministers into their state
to examine or search the Spartan equipment.
