BTW: Each rod costs 1.3 million to make. In tungsten alone.

All projects up to this point have been completed and are
functional, except for the ROG project.

The rockets attached to the Rods of God launched itself upwards
towards space. It quickly gained speed then entered orbit. The
rockets detached after a sudden, final burst and fell back
toward the sky. The Control Center cheered. The nuclear ROG was
finally in space and began its orbit. Soon, 7 ROGs would be in
space.(2 IRL days) 4 would be nuclear and 3 would be non-nuclear
thermobarics.
Sparta has begun implanting computer ran anti-aircraft and
anti-missile systems in all cities. These new systems will
replace old ones and will eliminate error. The system can
differentiate between commercial aircraft and has a 99% hit
mark. It is run by a computer that automatically changes its
point of trajectory to take down targets. One system can take
out 10 missiles in 40 seconds. Three systems are being placed in
each city and all military bases.

The ROG project has been completed.
Sparta has developed a new system. This new Richag-AV radar and
sonar jamming system can be mounted on helicopters, ships and
other military equipment to jam potential adversaries' weapons
systems from distances of several hundred kilometers away; it
has been hailed by developers as having no analogue anywhere in
the world. The system cannot be stopped and is being equipped to
all Spartan Air Force aircraft. More later.

Sparta, there is no system that you just described, and there is
a way to counter jamming.

OOC: Look up Richag-AV radar and jamming system. It was made by
the Russians and rendered a U.S. Battleship helpless in a sort
of live test. They just came public bout it
