All of the Following is in Secret
Prime Minister Espo has initiated the following:
-A bullet train that will run and connect all of the Spartan
cities. These trains will run underground, sort of like a
subway, but they will travel at speed of up to 100 mph-145 mph
with passengers. This train will also allow for the
transportation of soldiers and equipment all across Sparta. The
controls for these are in the Imperial Palace which also is
connected to the railway. The connection to the Imperial palace
is guarded however.
- The Spartan Space Program which is being readied. The
construction of military satellites is the first step, then
space shuttles. This program is beginning to build a space
station that will house space shuttles that can come in and out
of the station and soldiers can be housed there. The station
would have anti-missile technology as well as missile launching
capabilities.
Emperor Xerxes has started the following:
-Spartan Nuclear Program which will hopefully build a nuclear
missile. The first testing of nuclear fission is being readied
to occur soon. Uranium and plutonium are being bought and
stockpiled in secret Spartan laboratories.

here and mention that in a previous thread, this was already

The first nuke was detonated over the Atlantic Ocean by Sparta
early this morning. Now that it is finished, Sparta is looking
to create more powerful nuclear weapons, create defenses against
nuclear weaponry, and they are building ICBMs.

Sparta is beginning to develop chemical and biological weapons
such as:
Nerve Agents- Sarin gas, VX, Tabun, and Soman.
Blister Agents: mustard gas, phosgene oxime, and Lewisite
Blood Agents: cyanide gas, hydrogen cyanide, and cyanogen
chloride
Bacterial Agents: Anthrax, Bubonic plague, tularemia,
Brucellosis, and chlorera
Viral Agents: Ebola, Lassa fever, yellow fever, dengue fever,
and Venezuelan equine encephalitis(VEE)
Toxic Agents: Ricin, batrachotoxin, and saxitoxin
Choking Agents Chlorine and phosgene
Others: food poisoning and other viral hemorragic fevers.
They also are looking to build EMP missiles to shut down the
enemy electronics.

A Spartan submarine arrived in its destination a little past
Greenland. It surfaced and fired its nuclear missile. The
missile had a 12 megaton ordinance and it flew through the air
and exploded off the coast of Carolina Alliance and West
Phoenicia. As soon as reports came that it was a success the new
missiles were being developed. A 600 kiloton nuclear bomb and a
missile variance was also tested 50 miles off the coast of the
NCSA. In a Spartan laboratory, the chemical and biological
weapons were tested in hand held grenades and now they are being
tested in bombs and missiles. Nuclear submarines are being
produced that can specifically carry bigger nuclear missiles.
Sparta is now developing an FOAB missile that will push Sparta
ahead very far in the nuclear weapon field.

OOC Last post because I just remembered you locked this and I
don't want to be a raging hypocrite, but
Okay. Just wanted to know why, because if you ever saw the video
of the bomb in the water, you just created a large, 10+ Megaton
bomb that created a large, radiation filled tidal wave.... And
it also made a mile high plume of water. Not to mention the
vaporized water is now bugging the ecosystem, and that the
planes around there are doomed, and anyone close to the place is
doomed...

In Secret
The Spartans have secretly begun to equip Spartan missile
systems with EMP protective boxes. The missiles themselves
receive a similar treatment with a mini-EMP box that will, if
any missile are in the air during an EMP strike, will protect
these missiles until they can reach their target and destroy
them. Military aircraft are being equipped with these EMP boxes
so that they will be unharmed while on the ground if an EMP
strike happens. Any military GPS systems or other electronic
systems are being equipped with the EMP boxes.
A 20 megaton nuclear Missile with the specific purpose of
serving as an EMP has been made. The missile has a system that
tracks its progress back to the control base and the HQ can
manually choose when to explode the missile above the Earth to
cause a nuclear EMP. It is set to have a live test soon.

Okay, no, no no. You do not just create something exponentially
larger than another thing in half the time. You do NOT have the
capability to make a 200 megaton nuclear weapon. RUSSIA DIDN'T
MAKE A 200 MEGATON WEAPON AND THEY MADE THE LARGEST NUCLEAR
WEAPON EVER. Just to give you an idea of how incredibly
impossible you are sometimes.
