DEN has withdrawn from the talks, seeing as a Field Marshal, a
member of the military, will be attending a civilian oriented
peace talk.

He will stay if this upsets DEN. The only reason he is attending
is because he is one of the Emperors advisors. He would be
unarmed if he attends.

No military personnel may be present for any reason whatsoever.
The reason for doing this is not for discussing ends to war, or
to accuse each other of military tactics, but rather to usher in
peace between the nations. As such, military presence of any
kind would spoil and corrupt this, as a Marshal who is an
advisor is biased towards conflict, however futile.
