DEN/ SPARTA TALKS

The Golden Coast would like to establish talks between Sparta
and the DEN. The Golden Coast doesn't want to host these talks
and would prefer if CA could host them. Sparta and DEN are two
super powers that surely are nuclear. The golden Coast does not
need tensions between the two states and would like to attempt
to calm them.

Ooc: I am almost nuclear. And The golden coast knows that the
DEN and Sparta spend a lot more money and a lot more time on the
military then the Golden Coast does. Sparta is mining Uranium as
it can get enough to give to the GC therefore It is probably
nuclear. And the DEN doesn't get one up by Sparta so it must be
nuclear. . That is not a metagame. That is reason.

DEN will send a representative in the leader's place. No
military will be present.

Andrew Vanderbilt smiled when he heard the news of both members
excepting the talks. He turned to his aid.
" You know great states like these two are constantly
quarreling."
His aid shifted nervously as she responded, "Then why are you
attempting to end the fighting?"
He turned around and looked out his window toward the east and
lit his cigarette. He stood up wearing his complete naval
uniform. He was an impressive man. He was over 6 foot 5" and had
been working all his life. He was known to fight when he was a
kid and he still would throw punches to get his point across. He
soon became a powerful figure in the Golden Coast due to his
ruthless tactics to get what he wanted. He exhaled a cloud of
smoke and chuckled as he said,
"Well we are among giants. We can't fight them. Let them kill
each other. They simply need a spark"
His aid, a young business woman from the farming industry in
Eureka, responded "Won't the peace talks calm them?" She was an
intelligent woman. She had risen in the agriculture business
through hard work. Many critics say that she had killed her
husband to gain his wealth but it has never been proven. She had
came to Sacramento as a lobbyist for the farmers in Eureka. She
quickly raised up the ranks to be secretary to Andrew
Vanderbilt.
"Well you see Sarah, these two states can't stand each other. If
they make peace, so be it. But I see war. And in that war. I see
profit for us and the CA. Let them slice each other with the
sword of Ares. We will be there to sell bandages."
He then closed the blinds to the window and ordered Sarah to
contact both nations to inform them of their welcoming to LA for
the conference and that no military forces will be allowed. He
then proceeded to send out the guest list to both parties to
ensure each was aware of who was coming.

Emperor Xerxes is on his way. He is followed by his Field
Marshal.(FM Bonaparte) Who is The Commander of all forces in
Sparta and an advisor to the Emperor. Since Prince Charles is
not present in the state right now he leaves the Prime Minister
in charge.
