The men whisper into the merchants ears and and they nod with
terrified looks. They exit the plane then turn and shut the door
to the plane. Inside the plane the soldiers lock the door. "Good
bye. We will be leaving now! Is that fine?" The pilot begins to
prepare the engine and gets it ready.

the two merchants who got off the plane, eying them, before
putting everyone into their respective positions.

Houston, Texas
Adam Simpson was in the garden of the Texas Government House.
Staring. He was contemplating his decisions and acts as leader
of Texas. You see, he was a bit depressed. He had just lost the
election and could be fighting against his own people. Suddenly,
his phone went off. Picking it up,
he put it to his ear. "Hello?" "Hi sir, it's your secretary.
We've just received an important bit of news." the secretary
said. "Great, another war"
Adam thought to himself. "What is it?" "Sparta has cut off all
relations with the United Socialist States of DEN. Tensions are
rising, should we send tro-" "Nope" Adam said, interrupting the
secretary. "We've just withdrawn all State Guard troops from HP.
We don't want to get involved in another war. However..." Adam
said. "We could use this opportunity to get closer to DEN's good
books. If we use diplomacy to our advantage, we could get a
trade deal with DEN. Think about it. They're loaded with oil,
gas etc. What do you think?" Adam asked. It was certainly an
interesting proposal. "Sounds great, sir. Do you want me to try
to schedule a meeting the Emperor of DEN?" "Yes please. Thanks."

The plane moves forward and takes off and starts to head to
Sparta.

Sparta, your laws could easily be seen as unreasonable.
Caos, I would suggest that rather than fighting about the laws
you simply take it to Congress who has the power to overturn it
if it is seen as unreasonable.
The surest way to effect an embargo in the NCSA is to simply
refuse to buy goods from or sell goods to the state you wish to
target. This is because the constitution essentially makes this
a free trade zone and ensures the right of passage to all
citizens of the NCSA.
Now considering the possibilities of flaming that were going on
in the first part of this thread.
Sparta, as soon as you started this thread, if you are a
reasonable person who thinks about what they do before they do
it, you had to know it would piss Caos off. This is called
flamebaiting.

Caos, you are the President of this region. A job you asked for.
Because of this job you have the responsibility to set an
example for others, especially newcomers to the region. Personal
attacks are uncool.
