Ooc: The banning of your goods into Sparta could be under the
claim of state security because you are on opposite sides of the
Texas revolution and his leaders are trying to assure that texas
forces don't use DEN goods to attack Sparta.

Ooc: At the current moment, I don't think he has to justify it
to the feds as the only entity that currently has enacted
against him is the DEN. hint hint. ;)

Ooc: Currently IC wise. The only entity in the NCSA to act
against the embargo is the DEN. The DEN formally made a
statement against it. No other entity has therefore. Sparta does
not need to prove anything.

To DEN:
"We have 59 merchants awaiting deportation which was their
choice and 13 that are in jail that did not pay the fine and
need to be given money to get out. More are to come. Where do
you want us to deport these people? They still own their land
and no property has been seized but they cannot sell any goods
for 5 months. All other merchants have paid the fine and
returned to their houses.
