The Golden Coast excepts the deal with DEN.
The Golden Coast will offer West Phoenicia $0.10 for every 20
grams of tobacco leaves. We will purchase 28 billion dollars
worth of tobacco. Andrew Vanderbilt will offer 20 cents for
every pound of gram. We are willing to buy 29 billion dollars
worth of cotton from West Phoenicia. Vanderbilt then offers 42
billion dollars for the purchase of the equivalent in sapphires.

Vladivostov offers Golden Coast a trade agreement. We are
willing to construct railroads connecting your major ports to
the rest of the continent, creating a mutual source of revenue
and making it easier for Golden Coast to move its goods across
the nation. Vladivostov will fund the construction and
operation. We are looking forward to working with you.

The GC must deny the offer to build rail inside our state as we
run the monopoly of our ports to ensure that we make all the
       profit,
but we don't want to spend money outside of our state so we are
willing to partner with you in the construction of rail roads
outside of our state. We have a transportation city located in
Lan Caster, California and we will allow rail road to that city.
