With helicopter blades swirling the 43rd Missouri Ranger
Regiment begins landing at George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
First in are Alpha and Bravo companies of the Combat Aviation
brigade. With their attack helicopters they suppress any
resistance on the ground and cover the transport helicopters as
they land and unload troops. The three Ranger Combat Rifle
Battalions are transported in and begin to secure the airport.

Adam Simpson would like to schedule a meeting with the Governors
of all the states supporting Texas to talk about general
strategy, plans for after the war, the amount Texas owes etc.
The meeting is going to held in Houston, Texas. We hope you can
attend the meeting.

BREAKING NEWS
Monachists have seized control of a large part of Texas. The
civil war has began. Also, the Vice Goveror, Carnegie Smith, has
been captured and taken hostage by terrorists. They say that
unless they are allowed to either: A) Control all of Texas or B)
Secede as their own state. (Known as East Texas) they will kill
him. Adam Simpson has requested that the leaders of the allies
of Texas should help us rescue him or diplomatically save him.
We reluctantly admit that we may have to allow East Texas to
secede.

Sparta notifies the Monarchists leaders through secure lines
that the SQRTF(Spartan Quick Response Task Force) under Genetal
Stuart is on its way. Numbering 20,000 soldiers they will be
there soon in your controlled area and will help you fight. As
soon as they arrive they will wire back to Sparta to begin the
process of bringing over more units. A naval fleet is on its way
carrying tanks and artillery. We ask if we may begin the process
of building a naval/military base in your land to act as a
forward operating base.

Andrew Vanderbilt formally requests that Texas Troops be moved
to protect the coastal cities to ensure that Golden Coast ships
have an area to refuel on their path to CA.
"As second in command of the Golden Coast, I strongly suggests
that Texas forces protect the coast from rebels to ensure that
my ships will be able to refuel safely on their trip to CA and
that we will be able to help arm your men. We promise weapons
and air craft at a cheaper price in return for an immediate
Texas retaking of the entire coast. That is our only request. If
you can achieve this, The Golden Coast will aid you in taking
your state back. We also make the announcement that if any
Golden Coast or Carolina Alliance ship gets damaged by any side,
there will be retaliation."

Adam Simpson agrees. All coastal cities will be protected by
Texas State Guard troops. We want to assure that if any attack
is made on your ships, it will have been done by terrorists. We
are still asking for help in rescuing Carnegie Smith. Thank you.
Also, we would like to inform any state aiding the Monarchists
that we will automatically declare war on you as well. You will
feel the full might of the Texas military and its allies. That
is all.

"While we will not get involved militarily in this Texas
conflict, we will supply both sides with military equipment for
money. This is a good buisness opportunity and we will also sell
medical supplies to both sides. A Spartan mercenary group is
already there fighting for the Monarchists which were bought by
them. They have no ties to the Spartan government and are not
fighting for Spartan wishes. We are not responsible for damage
they cause as they have already been exiled from our nation for
being traitors, and disobeying my commands. We offer the true
government of Texas a 10% discount for supplies and weaponry
because they are the rightful commanders of Texas. Thank you."
Emperor Xerxes said.
In Secret
Not all of what Emperor Xerxes said was true. The SQRTF arrived
wearing unmarked uniforms. They carried Spartan weapons and sold
the extra weapons to the Monarchists for money as well as the
supplying of the Spartan forces. They deployed quickly heading
to the Monarchists Head Quarters to discuss plans and also more
buisness.
Gulf of Mexico
The Spartan 1st Fleet arrived and sat outside the coastal cities
in the water. Admiral Nelson viewed the situation and saw many
foreign states there. "Better to not let them know our true
intentions. Maybe we can sell them supplies." He thought. He had
his first mate radio in to the harbor, "Hello. We Spartans are
here in peace under the flag of trade. We have supplies and
military equipment to sell to you and may we dock in your harbor
to sell?"
OOC: Would it be fine if I took control of the rebels since I'm
on their side?
