Monarchist Takeover of Texas

The Monarch Party of Texashad been a small minority party in the
state of Texas. It was heavily suppressed by the government.
However, after Adam Simpson had lost the election, the people
began to oppose the idea of a republic and decided to support
the Monarch party. After rallying enough support, the party
formed an armed wing, theMonarch Liberation Frontand began small
terrorist attacks, prompting the government to declare war on
them. Unfortunately, this only led to more attacks. An all out
civil war looms.

Meanwhile, pro-Monarch militias have set off a bomb in the
capital of Houston, killing 3 and injuring 24. Before the bomb
was set off, a witness heard one of the militiamen shout "DOWN
WITH SIMPSON! UP WITH WASHINGTON!" This was referring to the
leader of the Monarch party, Jefferson Washington, who may take
the place of Adam Simpson if the government is deposed.

The Confederate State of Missouri will actively lend troops and
any additional military supplies requested by the Republic of
Texas. the Lt. Governor has called up the I Corps and III Corps
of the Missouri State Guard (Our version of the Army) for a
total of 80,000 men.

We thank you. About 2,000 troops and maybe a couple of military
vehicles would do fine at the moment. We're just trying to find
any pro-Militia gangs and arrest them. Unfortunately, war seems
inevitable, as more bombs are set off, and more chants are heard
"King Washington! King Washington!" from outside the government
house in Houston. Riot police have been dispatched.

In response to the threat of civil war in Texas, the 4th Fleet
that was sent to Texas from the DEN/HP war will continue
traveling to Texas. The 6th Spetznaz army will lend their
support in any form needed to the Monarchist Government, as the
old government had challenged them in war.

OOC: You're going to ignore help from a massive super power?
Because you don't like that they invaded a nation because the
nation in question destroyed four ships, two with thousands of
civilians? How am I imperialistic? Excuse me, but I'm one of the
last nations to actually USE my last expansion. I'm not
imperialistic.
IC: Seeing as there is no reason for such violence, then, the
United Socialist States of DEN will back up the original
government and crush rebellion.

OOC: I'm not ignoring your help. The rebels are. I represent the
government.
IC: The Texan government thanks all of the states and bodies who
have decided to assist it. We will stop the needless violence
and killing of these rebels.
