       First explanation. When I revived Missouri I had a request from
       a friend in another region to come help them with some nations
       there that were pushing him around RP wise. Then I saw what had
       happened with this region and made a puppet, Confederate North
       Carolina to be here and act for me here. I have moved back here
       permanently now so I was wondering if it would be OK with
       everyone if I took South Carolina's place on the map and just
       let it CTE.

       Never mind. I just couldn't do it!  :'( So I've removed South
       Carolina and placed myself back in my old spot, which
       surprisingly is actually under the limit.
