       On Enduranca's side, he built it first. And your tech is word
       for word like his. On your side, it is public knowledge. So,
       what's the middle ground here? ICly, what you did was make an
       exact copy of his. OOCly, you just took public works.

       OOC: (First, sorry I derailed your factbook, WP. I'll delete my
       posts once this is all sorted out). One answer is espionage and
       reverse engineering- one of my MRTTs will be displayed at your
       air show, Caos. Another is what WP suggested, he just makes it
       an air tanker, which I would be ok with. Or, since he wants to
       use RAAF aircraft, what about the 707 tanker? It was only
       recently retired.
