Would you guys like it if you could check nationstates from
here. I could embed it into a page and add a button to the menu
that said something like "region page". Provided your browser
supports IFrames you could then log into NS from here and do
everything from one site. ;)

I've added it. The menu button is just before "My Messages". So
now you can just come here, do your nation stuff, check on the
region, and post on the forum. One caveat, however, if you go
from the game side of nationstates to their forum then try to go
back to the game side it pops out of the iframe and takes you to
the nationstates website proper. there is nothing I can do about
that it's their code causing it.
Also, we have an irc chatroom, there is a menu button to it
right before the nationstates one.
