Rep. Spradlin has been sent to DEM via jet and asks if they may
be allowed to have a council with the Emperor.

The Emperor is out of country on a meeting with the prescient,
and no current VIP or high ranking official is available for
comment or council due to the war and embargo. The Jet is
ordered to turn around or be shot down, in accordance to the new
law and wall being built.

these to take photos of this new wall construction and any
military bases that could be used by our government. This will
Begin after they let us refuel should they let us."

"Ground to aircraft, you may not land to refuel. You have enough
fuel to refuel in either Heavenly Paradise or Canada. Last
chance. Leave, or be shot down. You have two minutes to comply.
Over and out." Ground replied, and to enforce this, they got a
lock on the plane with ground radar, and readied one interceptor
and two ASFs for launch.

pilot muttered.
In Secret
"Well begin taking pictures. Especially of any cities we come
across. Focus on this wall, it sounds interesting. Head south
and take pictures of the ports and naval docks. Just make sure
it's a clear photo doesn't have to be zoomed in."

"Sir, they are deviating from the closest airport outside of
DEN. If I didn't know better, I would say this is more of a spy
mission." The radar officer reported, and the CO of the nearest
outpost in the mountains came over and looked at it. He chuckled
to himself, knowing how stupid they were. They were up at 30,000
feet. They couldn't take pictures through the clouds. They
couldn't spy on anything.
"Watch them closely. If they continue on the path, or deviate
any more or even drop altitude, shoot them down. That's an
order." The officer ordered, and radioed the report to Command.

OOC: You can't dictate the height. They are more at 9 to 10,000
feet because they were already descending thinking you were
going to let them refuel and also the pilot new that they wanted
to get photos so he'd fly low as it is. Also, the camera is a
high tech one. It takes very clear pictures. This REP is rich so
it wouldn't be some knock off.
IC:
The men in the plane took photos of several areas in DEN and the
landscape near the big cities. They sent the photos via email
back to Sparta then wiped the evidence of this clean. As they
aproached the naval docks they prepared to take more photos.
Then there was several loud klunks.
"Air to Ground we have a problem. Our one engine has gone out.
May we land to check this out? We can't make it back with just
one engine."

OOC: No, you weren't. You barely entered the airspace, buddy.
You don't get to just teleport in without asking first, and you
KNEW I had that protocol in, so don't BS me. Doesn't matter what
the hieght was. You'd never get pictures above 6,000 feet
because of the sheer clouds and snow. And we wouldn't let you
stay at that height, or descend without us giving permission.
You know this. We know this. We know that you need to get low
for pictures, so we wouldn't let you descend. End of story.

IC: "I repeat ground may we land? Our engine is out and now is
on fire! We are low on fuel and I'm losing control of the plane.
Please clear the airport and allow us to crash land!"

"You may land." The CO replied, and sent the reports to the
nearest airfield. A platoon of armed soldiers was mobilized and
sent to secure the area, sent to the airfield to arrest the
people as they crash landed. With them was the ambulances and
two armored cars with .50s and .303s.
