       Sparta is a unique type of government in which the Prime
       Minister takes care of all domestic projects but holds no real
       authority other then that. The Emperor is the traditional leader
       of Sparta and he has control or input over everything. Sparta
       holds control of most of Pennsylvania and the capital is
       Xerc(IRL Philadelphia)
       Basic Spartan Information:
       Prime Minister(PM): James Espo
       Emperor: Emperor Xerxes
       Heir to the throne: Prince Charles
       Capital City: Xerc
       Major Cities: Athens, Sayre, and Dominga.
