around and handed the application to each of the people there,
including the VP. The Emperor didn't get one, however, as he
already submitted his. "It does not matter. I'm teasing. Anyway,
we have some work to do. I need each one of you to put an
application in and set up budgets. Can we do this?"

These outfits are equipped with a special armor made of a mix of
kevlar and ballistic materials for maximum efficiency and
protection. Their helmets are equipped with and HUD, built in
microphones for comms, and vitals trackers for health and safety
purposes. Their backpacks are built for all terrain purposes,
and are resistant to many elements. There is also thin titanium
plating on some areas of the suit for extra protection. The suit
has thermal and night vision capabilities for tough situation.
There are elbow, knee, and wrist pads.

Biography of Outfit:
[spoiler]The men of Gondor have always been at the forefront of
Military technology and development. The Black Rangers were
formed at Gondor's beginning, and they were once known as the
citadel guard. Many years ago, when war tensions were nearing
with Estruia (a large but former state), King Eldarion
(Aragorn's late father) ordered that special suits and armor be
made for the special forces, in order to give them a leg up in
combat, as Estruia severely outnumbered Gondor. Though they
never had to be used, they were continuously developed and
improved for the day when they may be needed. That day is
near.[/spoiler]
Operators of the Outfit:
[spoiler=Robert Mathers]Age: 23
Height: 6' 9"
Bio: Robert Mathers is the gunnie, or the rookie. Fresh out of
training, he is the heavy weapons man of the group. He carries
the LMG with pride, and enemies eat lead in his wake. He never
says too much; he lets his barrel do the talking for
him.[/spoiler]
[spoiler=Chris Johnson]Age:32
Height: 5' 5"
Major Johnson is the leader of the group and is the oldest. He
is seasoned and has seen many operations in his time. He holds
the Rangers together, and they rally to him when the **** hits
the fan. He is also the shortest, but makes up for it with his
killer leadership skills and courage in times of
distress.[/spoiler]
[spoiler=BAM-BAM]Age: 27
Height: 7 ft
Lt. BOOM, aka BAM-BAM, is the munitions expert. He likes to make
things go boom. He towers over others and gets ****ed easily. No
one knows his real name, because he's never told anyone. And if
he has, they are dead.[/spoiler]
[spoiler=The Twins]Age: 26
Height: 5'7"
Both the twins are a huge asset to the group, because of how
they work together. Boomer is the Medic, and Rosco is the
sniper. One kills, the other heals. They complete each other in
that they are opposites.[/spoiler]
[spoiler=Misty]Age:20
Height: 5'3"
Misty is also a rookie, and fresh out of training. She
specializes in technology. She hacks into networks, flies the
portable WASP Drone, and always surevys the area with her high
tech binoculars. She is constantly jeered at by her teammates
for being extremely attractive, as she is young and quite is.
But in the end, she is one tough bitch you don't want against
you. She always finds away to help her guys out, and they are
her brothers.[/spoiler]
[spoiler=Viktor Kozlov]Age:28
Height; 6'1"
Viktor is a second generation Russian American whose father was
Spetsnaz. He himself has never been to the Motherland, but
embodies its spirit with his continued toughness and drinking.
He prefers any rough vodka to drink, and drinks often, but in
light amounts. The burn down his throat from the alcohol helps
him to be the ultimate Russian badass killing machine. He is
the SMG specialist, and loves supressors. He especially likes
the thirll of stealth killls, but is never opposed to combat. He
is Russian after all.[/spoiler]

How large a unit are we recruiting here, looks like about a
company? Cause I was getting ready to try to send a whole
regiment. ;D
