President Requests Audience

The newest President of the NeoConfederate States of America,
President Albert Dawning, has recently requested an audience
from the leaders of the Confederate States of Missouri, United
Socialist States of Die Erworbenen Namen, Heavenly Paradise, and
the Golden Coast, as well as the Secretary of Interior in the
Capital city of Richmond, Virginia. Each leader can be
accompanied by maximum five VIPs, and at maximum twenty guards,
or four for each person. Because of the President's heritage,
and the lack of a military or police force because of no budget
or income, a battalion each of Namenian and CSM soldiers to act
as a guard and escort for the meeting has been requested. This
is merely temporary, until the creation and formation of a
NeoConfederate Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, National and
Coastal Guard. It will serve as the defensive force of the
Capitol until that time. For further security, all military
personnel will have command transferred to the President.
Already, the Leader of DEN, Emperor Maximus, has accepted both
invitations, and will gladly provide ten companies of soldiers.
He has already mobilized one company of armor, one company of
anti aircraft artillery, one company of artillery, one HQ
company, and six infantry companies. He will attend after the
confirmation of the battalion of soldiers.

Gov. Matt Harrison also agrees to both requests and dispatches:
2 AH-64D Attack Helicopter companies consisting of 16 AH-64D
Longbows, crews, and support personnel. One Company of Armor,
One Company of Anti-Aircraft Artillery, One Company of
Artillery, 5 companies of infantry, 1 command company.

The DEN troops were sent via Goliaths to Richmond, and the
massive aircraft took up all space when they landed on the
runway, but managed to take up little space when moved to the
side. Needless to say, all traffic was severely hindered by the
landing. It took only a few hours, but air traffic returned to
normal and the soldiers had been dispersed in platoons, with
connections to their Command company. With them, the DEN private
jet that held the Emperor landed in the airfield, and he began
his trip via escort to the Capitol Building.

President John Carnegie arrives in Richmond Carnegie with two
guards. He looks around in the city and smiles as he breathes in
fresh air. He smirks at the fact that this is considered a city.
He begins a nice walk to head down to the presidential house.
Stopping by several statues of famous Confederate's on his way.

Helicopters began to swirl in about the airport, first attack
choppers then massive cargo helicopters. The cargo helicopters
were nearly the size of the DEN Goliaths. The attack choppers
hovered while the V12 heavy cargo choppers landed and began to
disgorge men and armor, these were the Missouri troops. Once all
the men and their equipment had been unloaded sixteen of the
attack helicopters landed in a field beside the airport and
their support crews soon joined them as they began to set up a
makeshift base, the rest escorted the V12s back to CSM. Not long
afterwards Missouri One arrived with Governor Matt Harrison and
his wife.

The President's military commander for the area, a Commissar
Junkers, approached the groups standing at the edge of the
airfields. He had the Namenian escorts with him, and was
approaching both the new military commander, and the other
leaders. He was to be their escorts. In a calm, careful voice,
he held up a megaphone and addressed them all. "If you are here
for the meeting, please come with me."

Governor Harrison and his wife looked about a bit then stepped
forward and prepared to follow the gentleman with the megaphone.
