Getting Business Started.

OK. First thing we need to do is elect a Speaker to keep order
while we are starting business here. We don't have enough
members to do the rest of the government yet but we can at least
fill the speaker slot. So I'll open the floor for nominations.

I nominate Western Scientificum. I'd nominate Jalin, but he did
say he didn't have much time. And you must obviously have other
duties, CSM. But other than that, WS is a good person for the
role.
