       NCOV was created on April 6, 2020 original founder shamus with
       cousins Nyork, Du30, and Moose. This group was created because
       of boredom due to COVID 19 virus, we were playing at Nyork's
       house and decided to create a group to turf for fun. Then we got
       invited by SaM, so we decided to delete our group. While turfing
       in SaM gang I observed that only me and my cousin turf and we
       cannot control SaM members since we are only regular members so
       I decided to quit at SaM group and recreate NCOV, on April 7,
       2020 Nyork recreated NCOV. Then invited Kulafu, Kulafu act as
       the founder of NCOV since shamus rejoined HoBoS and invited
       Nyork, Du30, Moose/Philosopo and Seuss. After how many wars at
       LV shamus got kicked at HoBoS (not HoBoS material xD) I admit
       that I already sucked at LV so I decided to go back at NCOV
       before when my net was fine we do LS turf and AR/CE with NCOV
       members. But due to lag, I spend my time doing civilian work
       with Kulafu and we maintained being in the top 5 civilian groups
       daily... Kulafu was the one who made the meaning Notorious
       Civilization Of Vagabonds, as of now Kulafu and Shamus are the
       acting founder of the group. With the help of Coolwolf NCOV will
       grow and someday we will be an official civilian group. Our
       group invites newbies as we help new players and gives them tips
       on how to make money through working hard without begging for
       money ingame 😊
