Or is there already a chat? It would be nice having someplace to
message users as we browse the forum. This does not have to be
IIRC.

It'd be nice to have it, as long as it doesn't end up like jv' s
chat (with almost no one using it)

JV's chat isn't pretty popular, but it's still in use a lot at
some time.

I would suggest placing it towards the top of the forum, it will
get more use there.
One of the main reasons the JV chat is dead because of itīs
position on the page.
