       Bio: trained in the art of stealth and genjutsu Rondo has been
       everything and more as a shinobi. made an ANBU at a young age
       and then the overseer at the age of 23, Rondo has been silently
       doing work for Ando.

       targets body making him a puppet and do whatever he wishes
       Massao Scribe-50: after eye contact the user becomes a sleeper
       agent. once the objective or target is in sight the agent inside
       awakes and pursues mission.
       Massao Parasite-10: through eye contact the user places himself
       unnoticed inside the others mind allowing him access to the
       targets senses but no control over the target.
       Massao Interrogation-70: through eye contact or Vocal contact
       the user places himself inside the targets mind where they have
       access to everything the target knows. it comes in the form of a
       library in the targets mind
