Bio: despite his mother being the daughter of Mei, making him
the grandson of the Fifth Mizukage, Isari inherited neither
Kekkai Genkai from her. However, in his early teens, he realized
that he could also use lightning Release ninjutsu as well as
utilize Storm Release techniques. Determined to strengthen his
Water and Lightning release jutsu, Isari wandered from village
to village for the past 6 years expanding his knowledge and
helped all that has crossed his path doing things from simple
grocery errands to assassinations. Now he finds himself in
Kumogakure to improve his Lightning Release and learn his
lightning heritage.
Personality: A tad flirtatious, kind and peaceful, Always trying
to find the good in others and attempting to avoid open,
physical conflict. often so lost in thought he can often be
found wandering aimlessly or talking to himself. Low tolerance
for Blatant ignorance and tries to always keep an open mind.
possess a strong hidden hostility towards his mother and a "dark
introverted side" very few has seen.
Goals: To help whoever, whenever for the sake of being a
positive impact on the world.
