       She has a lean, tempting curvaceous figure just as her mother
       once did. Scarlet, glassy eyes and hair as pale as the clouds in
       the sky.

       Bio:Bii is actually the first born child of Yuji Uuzmaki.
       Because of the experiments on her when she was a child, Bii is
       blind. Bii is only able to faintly see the world in shapes and
       outlines, but people and other living things through the chakra
       that flows through their body. Bii was created to act out a
       plot, but after the death of her mother she has been living
       dormantly in Kumogakure. She's knows of her family, but has been
       warranted to never step foot within Kirigakure ever.
       Since her mother's passing she has been offered to continue to
       be the B to the next kage, when they have been selected.
       Personality:Bii isn't very expressive. She is in fact near
       autistic. It's difficult for her to relate to others, so she
       doesn't seek them out. Over all, she lacks empathy. This lack of
       empathy has caused her to inherit the cynical personality of her
       late mother. She enjoys creating chaos. Cruelty is a past time.
       Her emotions are faked, empty. She mimics the world around her.

       Dōjutsu:
       Yin Release- Overtime Builds up chakra, both internal and
       external, in the eyes for later use. When released the chakra
       floods the user's body increasing rate of regeneration, brain
       activity and movement. -20

       Summoning Jutsu:
       Usagigumo:A white furry spider the size of Gamabunta is
       summoned.-50
       Wall of arachnids: An unfathomable number of spiders are
       summoned to create a wall that blocks incoming long range
       attacks. -10
       Naraku's Armor: Spiders lock themselves on the user's body
       beneath their clothes linking together, like chain links to
       lessen the impact of incoming close range attacks.-10
       Fire Release:
       Heavenly Prison: Prevents target from using chakra based
       technique. Also overtime drains user of their chakra. If under
       the Heavenly Prison seal and attempts to use chakra, they will
       undergo intense pain and may catch fire. -80
       Lightening Release:
       Heavenly Lightening Blade:User creates a small ball of
       lightening in their palm which transforms into a large blade
       which engulfs their arm. -15
       Wrath of the Thunder God: Lightening Projectile attack that
       blast from the users palms. May stun on impact.- 15
       Dance with the Thunder God: User creates a torrent of lightening
       that shoots into the ground and then wildly expells itself all
       across the battlefield from below.-20
